The Amazon transactional communication suite is being redesigned to be mobile optimized and consistent with the delivery experience. The transactional communication suite redesign will first be launched in the US with a fast follow in all the other Amazon marketplaces. The first email to be redesigned is the shipment confirmation email, which is sent to customers when their package has been shipped.
